Description

C.A.M.P. (Confidence, Acceptance, Motivation, and Power) is an innovative and transformative program that aims to foster personal growth, leadership, and community among youth. Through engaging activities, inspiring guest speakers, and inclusive mentorship, C.A.M.P. empowers participants to develop confidence, build connections, and unlock their full potential.

Responsibilities
o Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of The C.A.M.P. program, including logistics, activities, and timelines.
o Coordinate venues, transportation, meals, and necessary supplies to ensure smooth program execution.
o Develop a comprehensive program schedule that includes workshops,
recreational activities, team-building exercises, and guest speaker sessions.
o Act as the primary point of contact for speakers, facilitators, and vendors.
o Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring all expenditures align with organizational policies and program goals.
o Research, recruit, and schedule engaging guest speakers, activity leaders, and facilitators aligned with program themes and goals.
o Ensure all activities are age-appropriate, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of program participants.
o Serve as a mentor and role model for program participants, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive environment.
o Facilitate group discussions, reflective activities, and leadership
opportunities throughout the program.
o Track attendance, participation, and progress of program activities.
o Prepare program reports and evaluations for leadership and funding partners
