Job Description: The Coordinator has a key leadership role and is responsible for the organization and coordination of activities (operations of the office and planning) specifically within a Vice President's (VP) portfolio and the departments that fall within that portfolio. The Coordinator provides leadership and strategic support for a wide range of regional functions pertaining to the management of the offices of the Vice Presidents. The incumbent will establish, maintain, improve and manage current and new processes and systems to simultaneously support the portfolio.

Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years experience supporting at the senior executive level
Other Education & Training:
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
Licenses:
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
