Under the general supervision of the Director of Human Resources & Corporate Services, the Administration Assistant of Human Resources and Corporate Services will provide support to various administrative functions within the City of Weyburn. This is a temporary summer position intended to provide practical experience in human resources, corporate services, safety, and communications. The incumbent will assist with a range of tasks to support the efficient operation of these departments. The role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and integrity.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Actively working towards a post-secondary degree or diploma in Administration, Business, Human Resources, Labour Relations or other related field.
EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in a unionized environement, considered an asset.
