Description

* Someone who greets patients with warm welcome, books appointments, answer phones
* An optician with experience in selling glasses and a comprehensive knowledge of lenses, coatings. Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to patients.
* Help patients choose the frames/ lenses based on prescription needs, face fit, personal style, and lifestyle
* Ability to work effectively with suppliers/reps
* Dedicated to delivering personalized, friendly and professional service
* Detail Oriented: Precise when it comes to fitting, adjusting, and repairing
* Troubleshoot patients concerns with the doctor
* Check that our finished eyewear meets our optical standards/ patients requirements and requests
* Proficient in medical terminology relevant to optical care
* Proficiency in using electronic health record systems is desirable
* Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and process claims
* Assist with inventory management of optical products and supplies
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time
*Expected hours: 38-40 hrs per week
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday( no evenings or weekends)
