Description

We are looking for renovation subcontractors.

Subcontractors must ensure that they are covered by workers' compensation (WCB).

-Have liability insurance to cover potential damages or injuries on the job site.

- Must be able to perform specific tasks or trades as outlined in their contract.

- Subcontractors should be able to start the project on the start date that they have provided and also complete the project on the set completion date within the budget.

- Subcontractors shall ensure their work meets the required quality
standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.

- The subcontractor is responsible and is to adhere to all applicable safety regulations on the job site.
