Description

NOC 94140- Process Control Operator-Food & Beverage Processing

Packaging food products and doing all aspects of food production.
Running, maintaining ,repairing automated and semi automated packaging equipment. Maintaining quality and safety standards and implementing the same.
Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work Assist to develop equipment maintenance schedules and up keep of equipment.
Assist to supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.
Packing and preparing orders for shipping when needed.
Developing production and packaging SOPs for the food production and shipping receiving divisions. Assisting in the production of organic food products as needed by the Company.
Repair and maintenance of equipment, sealers, packaging machines etc. General repairs.

This position would include:
1.    Assist Production Supervisor and provide Technical support for Production Teams. Implement a continuous improvement strategy as follows:
Inspect and make a plan to rehabilitate non-functional machines.
Expand on the current machines abilities, further automate the machines and expand their capacity to improve equipment efficiency and performance
Review production lines and equipment to increase efficiency through advancing technology. Repair non functioning equipment and maintain equipment.
