We are seeking a skilled and passionate Optician/Eyewear Specialist to join our team for a full-time role, Tuesday to Saturday (evening and weekend availability is required).

Job Summary:
As an Optician/Eyewear Specialist, you will play a vital role in our practice by assisting patients with selecting and fitting eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other eyewear products. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, ensuring patient satisfaction, and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
    Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and other eyewear products that fit their needs, aesthetic, and lifestyle.
    Measure and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.
    Interpret and process optical prescriptions.
    Provide expert advice on eyewear options and care.
    Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
    Deliver exceptional customer service.
    Collaborate with other members of the eyecare team.
    Contribute to any other tasks around the clinic during quieter times

Qualifications:
    A valid, registered Optician License is preferred, but not required.
    Previous experience in an optical setting is preferred, but not required.
    Strong customer service skills.
    Knowledge and skilled in Microsoft Office and clinical softwares (Optosys, VisualEyes, Wink, etc)
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    A passion for helping people see and feel their best.
