Description

The Health Foundation of East Central Saskatchewan is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Executive Director to lead a new Childcare Centre in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the centre's operations, managing a team of dedicated staff and ensuring that the centre provides high-quality care for children. The role involves both leadership and strategic direction to ensure the centre meets the needs of its community while maintaining financial sustainability. The Executive Director will report to the Executive Director of the Health Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Administration; data collection; staff scheduling; software management, record keeping, liason with ministry consultant. Manage the centre's budget and financial resources to ensure sustainability.
Lead and manage the team of childcare staff; providing guidance, training and performance management. Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community stakeholders. Promote the Childcare Centre to attract new families. Address any issues and concerns from families in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in a management role in childcare or non-profit sector. Level 2 Early Childhood Certificate and be enrolled in Level 3. Experience in program development, budgeting and staff management.
