The Health Foundation of East Central Saskatchewan is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant. This multifaceted role involves general office administration; database management for donation receipting, event and lottery coordination and oversight of hospital gift shoppe.
General Office Duties: Perform administrative tasks including: Answering phones, managing correspondence, social media and scheduling appointments.
DataBase: Utilize @Ease DataBase to process donation receipts.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events to promote the Health Foundations mission and engage with the community. Handle logistics and oversee event promotion.
Hospital Gift Shoppe Manager: Recruit, schedule and supervise volunteers. Manage inventory levels, including ordering from vendors. Ensure the gift shoppe meets financial and operational goals.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous experience in an office environment. Ability to work independently. Experience in volunteer coordination.
