Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, focusing on rental opportunities.
Identify rental sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and rental agreements while maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge.
Identify and resolve client concerns related to rental services, ensuring a smooth rental experience.
Prepare various status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to rental sales goals.
Communicate new rental product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events, with a focus on promoting rental services.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with other teams.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5+ years of territory sales experience required, with a focus on rental sales.
Excellent customer service skills and good knowledge of rental market strategies and planning.
Ability to apply logical thinking to a wide range of problems, collect data, draw conclusions, and offer constructive opinions concerning day-to-day rental activities.
