Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study, like Business or Mathematics and Applied Sciences, and twelve years of experience comprised of eight years leadership experience with increasing responsibility and four years' experience in technical insurance, statistical, actuarial, or finance position.
