Preferred Skills & Experience
- Ag retail, agronomy, sales, or precision ag experience
- Degree/Diploma in Agronomy or related field (P. Ag. or CCA preferred)
- Strong work ethic & time management skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies & agronomic practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid Class 5 drivers license & clean abstract

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with growers & industry reps
- Provide expert advice on crop nutrition & protection
- Develop and execute business plans with farm customers
- Assist with sales, delivery, and account management
