About the Position
The Payroll Officer is accountable for delivering accurate and on-time payroll and for helping staff with payroll inquiries. Typical duties include:
Preparing and processing support staff payroll for approx. 500 staff
Verifying absence entries and updating absence balances
Maintaining employee records
Administering pay and leaves according to collective agreements, labour standards, and other payroll compliances
