PART TIME -Position available for Personal Care Home in Lumsden.
Must have a drivers license. Understanding & compassion for our residents is essential.
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude to work as Personal Care Worker.
Specific Skills:
CANADIAN COOKING EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALl. Must be abele to make and serve meals, and follow recipes.
Personal care of the elderly or disabled that includes answering call signals, bathing, dressing and grooming residents.
Assist to transfer and mobilize resident using appropriate techniques.
Day staff  to serve meals and interact with the residents during meals.
Supervision and assist in all activities and exercises to enhance residents  daily living.
Taking vital signs. Doing blood sugar testing and collection of urine samples. Administration of medication.
Languages: English
Education: Grade 12
Experience:1 year to less than 2 years
