Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field (Masters/CHRP preferred).
- Progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in agriculture.
- Expertise in training, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment laws.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Western Canada as required.
