What you will do:
Develop, manage and implement the Branch business plan and operating budget, retail audits, sales objectives and keep all invoicing and accounts receivable in accordance with company policy
Direct all aspects and daily operations, including maintenance and repair of the facility to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability
Manage all aspects of human resource within the Branch including hiring, promoting, performance management, coaching and discharging within company policy and regulatory compliance
Oversee all record keeping functions in recording sales and monies received, in maintaining inventory records, in requisitioning supplies in accordance to sales projections and movement of product within market area
Liaise with customers, supplies, division management and other appropriate industry personnel to promote Nutrien Ag Solutions products and services
Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards
What you will bring:
5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business with a track record in sales, marketing, or branch management
2+ years of previous leadership experience
Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business Certificate, or equivalent post-secondary education (combinations of education and experience maybe considered)
Valid Canadian drivers license
