The Senior Supervisor of Residential Services. Residential Services are provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week in two Moose Jaw homes, serving seven residents in total.

The final candidates are required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search.
Successful candidates are recommended to have an Auto Pak with at least 1 million dollars in liability insurance.

Qualifications:
-    Diploma or degree in Nursing, Social Work, or Therapeutic Recreation.
-    Minimum of 5 years experience overseeing a residential service.
-    Experience in providing training and consistent monitoring to staff related to personal and intimate care and medication administration.
-    Demonstrated track record of interactive, pro-active leadership and strong interpersonal, problem solving, staff development/training and resident experience skills.
-    An effective mentor who builds strong teams, effectively delegates responsibilities, monitors performance, and takes immediate action to correct performance.
-    Ensure quality assurance by conducting regular monitoring to ensure staff adhere to a disciplined approach of following approved processes to ensure a quality lifelong experience for residents.
-    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
-    High professional standards; exercises the appropriate balance of influence and authority to achieve mutual success.
-    Experience with TLR and PART training, or certification as a trainer is an asset.
-    Class 5 Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
