Job Description: Bethany Pioneer Village (BPV) is seeking a Director of Care to be accountable for all aspects of daily operations in our faith based 36-bed long-term-care facility, ensuring resident-directed and relationship-centered care in coordination with the Administrator. Central responsibilities include: Working within the Leadership Team to ensure that the philosophy of BPV's mission, vision and values is promoted and fostered in the care provided; Maintaining high quality resident care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of services and programs and ensuring the coordination of Continuing Education within the facility.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Experience:
- Experience in strategic planning
- Leader who has developed planning and programs in multi-stakeholder environment
- Ten (10) years leadership experience
Licenses: Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training:
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
