RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face for internal and external customers
2. Perform account and litre reconciliations
3. Recognize and investigate outages
4. Perform Petroleum price changes and control petroleum margins
5. Maintain customer cardlock cards
6. Enter truck delivery tickets
7. Accurately and efficiently process data in BRIC
8. Process carbon tax
9. Backup for all data processing duties
10. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education in business considered an asset. The successful
candidate will display good customer service skills and enjoy working with the public both in person and over the phone. Computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel considered an asset. Must be bondable.
