Full time permanent position on our progressive grain farm in northeast Saskatchewan. Duties on a farm can cover a long range but the highlights would be operation and basic maintenance of tractors, high clearance sprayers, combines, and eventually semi-truck/trailers for hauling grain. Candidates need to be prepared for long hours during busy portions of the season as well as flexibility based on weather conditions. We are a family run farm that believes in treating our employees well and in return we expect a good work ethic, a willingness to learn, flexibility, and the ability to work as a team with the rest of our crew. Our farm resides just outside of Tisdale, SK which is a well developed rural community of approximately 3500 people within a 2 hour drive of Saskatchewan's largest city, Saskatoon. We are also even closer to some regional and provincial parks, with many lakes in our region of the province.
