Duties will include: Serving the public, operating specialized computer programs, motor license issuing, insurance sales and service, accounts receivable, deposits and various other duties as required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent accuracy, communication and organizational skills are essential to this position
- The ability to multi-task, adapt to change, meet deadlines and participate in ongoing training is required
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- The successful applicant will require a criminal record check
Education/Experience:
- Office experience/education, bookkeeping or financial training
- General Insurance License and/or motor license issuing experience is preferred, though training may be provided
Full-time/Part-time or possible flexible arrangements may be considered
