We are seeking outgoing 19+ individuals to join our team. Kamsack Cannabis team members require a high-level of knowledge and ability to provide exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on having an educated, positive and uplifting environment for everyone. All employees are required to have a valid Cannasell Certificate prior to their first shift.
Job Duties, Competencies & Requirements:
- Outstanding customer service, upbeat attitude and positive demeanor
- Follow all SLGA Regulations and Company Policies
- Inventory rotation and product management within company guidelines
- Strong work ethic, troubleshooting & conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and desire to learn about Cannabis Products, Consumption Methods and the Cannabis Industry
- Maintain clean, tidy and compliant merchandising of products and displays
- Ensure store is clean and held to company standards
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with customer and educational focus
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving and time management skills
- Sales and goal oriented
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Previous experience in Cannabis Retail Industry preferred but not required
- Background check, no felony convictions
- Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts
The ideal candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends. Some Monday-Friday day shift availability is preferred on an as needed basis.
