Come work at beautiful Twin Falls Lodge. This is a physically demanding job, there are stairs, hills, heavy lifting, long days and irregular hours. You are always on call. You will work several days straight. You are healthy and fit. You can handle remote living, and your personal situation allows you to be away from home. We are in a remote location accessible by boat or floatplane. The closest community is Stanley Mission First Nation. You will be responsible for taking care of the property, equipment and assets proactively and reactively. You will be responsible for keeping things looking good and running smoothly. You will be responsible for taking care of the dock area. You will keep things clean, organized, and maintain inventory. It is your job to lead smooth guide services. You will get the boats ready in the morning and things cleaned up and put away in the evening. You will be the first one at the docks and the last one leave. You must be a team player who can identify what needs to be done and takes the initiative. You take pride in your work. You are customer focused. You are friendly, optimistic and positive. Your number one priority is safety. You need to be able to drive a boat, run a chainsaw, fix the plumbing, change a propane tank, maintain the generators, chase the occasional bear away, and everything else in-between. Twin Falls Lodge is a beautiful and unique place. We are a small team of 5 hardworking, customer-focused professionals who value taking the best care of our guests, community, environment, assets, ourselves, and each other. We can host up to 18 people at once and we pride ourselves on providing an exceptional and personalized guest experience.
