Position:
Zak's has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Store Manager in our Hague Home Hardware location.

Key Responsibilities:
    Assist in overseeing store operations and staff management.
    Support sales, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
    Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
    Ensure store policies and safety standards are followed.
    Train and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
    Reporting to Store Manager.

Qualifications:
    Retail or management experience preferred (hardware/building supply knowledge a plus).
    Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
