About Us:

Manitou Springs Resort & Mineral Spa is a premier destination known for its unique mineral-rich pool, relaxing spa, and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping operations to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Cleaning Rooms and be with the team during the cleaning process.

Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring efficiency and quality in their work.

Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies for optimal workflow.

Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and coordinate orders as needed.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Handle guest concerns related to housekeeping services in a prompt and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous minimum 1yr experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar leadership role in hospitality.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures in the hospitality industry.
