The Rural Municipality of Lake Lenore No. 399 is currently accepting applications for an Office Assistant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Receipting taxes and other payments
Deposits
Processing email and postal communications
General reception and office support duties, as well as providing municipal information to rate payers
Provide administrative support to the Administrator and assumes duties of the Administrator in their absence
Applicants should possess excellent communication, public relations, and organization skills and be able to work under the Administrators Supervision. Accounting training and/or working knowledge of computer office systems (word processing, spreadsheets, municipal accounting and administrative procedures) would be an asset.
Salary for this position is based on experience and qualifications with the pay scale of $21 to $25/hour. Office hours are 9:00-4:00, Monday to Friday.
