We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company records and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and spreadsheets
Review documents and correct errors to ensure data integrity
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
Organize and file electronic and paper records for easy access
Assist with generating reports and retrieving data as needed
Follow data entry procedures and quality control guidelines
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data processing
Perform basic administrative and clerical support tasks as required
Qualifications:
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and focus
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Must be able to pass a criminal record check as we are Controlled Goods Certified
