Meet regularly with Executive Director overseeing the Indigenous Womens Initiative programming.
Encouraging team members in their responsibilities, delegating appropriately and assisting when needed.
Leading Womens Initiative programming in meetings, preparing agenda that encourage the contribution of every team member.
Identifying training needs for Indigenous Womens Leadership Team members and find opportunities to meet the needs of the group.
Continuous contact with Indigenous Womens Initiative team members as needed.
Works with Executive Director to create and maintain budget based on known costs, anticipated expenditures, and expected incomes.
Completes necessary paperwork in accordance to YIFC policies.
Tracks, monitors registration for all events and ensure evaluation surveys are completed at the end of each session.
Assists in the distribution of monetary contributions for women in the group who cannot afford to attend events, ensuring confidentiality for any woman in need.
Facilitation & Case Management experience and be familiar with Yorkton and surrounding area
