Odessa Co-op has an exciting opportunity and invites applications for the position of General Manager (GM) located in the community of Odessa, SK.

What you'll do - reporting to the Board of Directors, the GM will have operational responsibility for the Co-op. Odessa Co-op has a growing bulk fuel service, a variety of hardware and animal feed products, a convenience fuel station, a Canada Post outlet, and tire and lubricant services. Who you are - you are a proven leader in business operations and:
- Have over 2 years relevant management experience with at least 6 months leading people within the retail industry. Previous Co-op experience is considered an asset. (A combination of education and experience may be considered).
- Have strong business sense and is organizational savvy, and an ability to plan and align resources.
- Have a demonstrated ability to ensure accountability, manage conflict, and balance stakeholders.
- Are self-motivated, quick learner, and requires minimal supervision.
- Have a demonstrated ability in developing creative, and innovative marketing strategies that identify and promote opportunities for retail growth.
- Have a reputation for being honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
