What youll do: Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the successful candidate will:
Supervising and coordinating team members daily operations in the department.
Preparing bi-weekly schedule for bakery team members.
Overseeing product standards and promote in-store merchandise to customers.
Resolving problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Maintaining specified inventory and order merchandise.
Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
Training or arranging for on-the-job training of new sales team members.
Be knowledgeable and answer questions about products and their sources.
Be proactive in maintaining location image.
Providing positive consumer experience to all customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Previous retail experience in a supervisory position is an asset but not required.
Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.                                                                              
Ability to work independently and as a team.
