Description

The postion requires a reliable conscientious person capable of providing quality care for seniors, while providing a safe and comfortable home-like environment.
Includes working 2 OR 3 -12 hour shifts per week.  Previous experience working with seniors and having the mandatory qualifications as required by Sk. Health.
COOKING CANADIAN MEALS: Must have experience in this area. The ability to oversee and manage staff in meal preparation.
Must have the ability to delegate and supervise staff regarding all MEADOW EDGE HOUSE POLIICIES AND PROCEDURES.
The ability to preform in this role with the Licensee's  best interest..
The ability to provide PERSON CENTERED CARE to residents,
PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SKILLS and a positive attitude to residents and  staff members..
