Description

The Ministry of Social Services Disability Programs aims to ensure the physical, emotional and social needs of individuals with disabilities are met and they can live as independently as possible within their own communities.

The Disability Programs Quality Assurance Unit is seeking two analytical professionals who are passionate about continuous improvement to join our team as Quality Assurance Specialists. One position will be located in Saskatoon, while the other will be located in Prince Albert or North Battleford. The Quality Assurance team works collaboratively with Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD) and other service providers to ensure programs and services are provided in a safe and supportive environment, fostering a culture of person centeredness and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

You will have knowledge of:

Programs and services offered through Disability Programs and Community Living Service Delivery.

The knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through:

- A 4-year post-secondary degree in a human service-related field. However, an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience will be considered.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and service providers will be considered an asset.
- A valid Saskatchewan driver's license is required due to the need for regular travel throughout the province with the possibility of overnight stays. Work outside of regular hours may be occasionally required.
