Description

We are looking for an experienced equipment operator to begin work by April 10, 2025. We are a large family owned and operated grain farm located 8 miles north of Hodgeville, SK. This is a full-time temporary position, with the opportunity for permanent for the right candidate. Wages will be negotiated based on experience level. We offer a retention bonus to employees who start at the beginning of seeding, and last until the end of seeding. The bonus is based on performance. Experienced operators only need to apply. Housing can be provided if necessary and immediate family members are welcome to join. A damage deposit and cleaning fee will be included in a very reasonable rent amount. Supper is always provided and we strive to take Sundays off.

Duties include, but not limited to: Operating farm equipment, repairs and maintenance of equipment, general farm work.

You must be dependable, honest, reliable and have a strong work ethic.

Fluent English speaking is a MUST.

Farm and equipment operation experience is a MUST.

Contract length: 2 months
