The SIIT Trades and Industrial department is offering a program that prepares participants for entry level employment in hotel operations and a potential for apprenticeship in the guest services trade.

As the educational leader in the classroom, the Guests Services Representative Applied Certificate Instructor will be responsible for delivering SIIT programs with the purpose of promoting student success. This position is to organize and implement instructional activities which create a learning environment that guides and provides the greatest opportunity for student success. This position will positively promote and create an environment that demonstrates SIIT's vision, mission, and mandate.
