Description

Position details:
    Provide desktop support for Windows environments.
    Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
    Manage IT tickets and resolve user inquiries.
    Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
    Assist with system updates and security protocols.
    Other duties as required
    Reporting to the Systems Administrator

Desired Skills
    2+ years of IT support experience.
    Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365.
    Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
