Commissionaires North Sask Division is currently accepting applications for a Temporary Full-Time Collection and Payroll Specialist.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collection responsibilities
Daily follow up on collection
Communication with Customers to assure timely collection of invoices
Prepare and submit daily collection reports
Maintain the AR Aging report
Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy of the AR Aging report
Payroll responsibilities
Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis
Provide assistance with auditing timesheets and Login Logs.
Manage a large portfolio of employees
Understand payroll calendars and payroll cycles
Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in accounting/finance
Diploma in payroll is considered an Asset.
