The Manager, HR Services and Total Rewards provides leadership, oversight and guidance to the Payroll, Benefits and HR Systems team, overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of all processes relating to payroll processing, pension and benefits management, HRIS optimization and delivery, HR analytics and reporting. This role manages the total rewards portfolio including contributing to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies and architecture that align with our company's goals and values. The Manager will analyze market trends, evaluate employee needs, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
