In this role, you will assist in acquiring new clients, coordinate customer engagements, and ensure the seamless delivery of services to our valued commercial clients, including First Nations communities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration: Support the sales team by maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking leads, and generating performance reports.
Sales Project Administration: Serve as contract administrator for First Nations and Small Business accounts. Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM and Master Funnel while coordinating with design and construction teams to track deliverables and meet deadlines.
Vendor Reporting and Reconciliation: Track and report First Nations vendor sales, ensuring accurate commission calculations and timely payments.
Proposal Preparation: Assist in drafting sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
Sales Reporting and KPIs: Develop and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and customer activity.
Department Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., billing, support, technical) to resolve inquiries and communicate installation schedules.
Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries, assign leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Community Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and staff community events targeting commercial and First Nations accounts.
Process Documentation: Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for commercial sales processes.
Miscellaneous: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service (telecommunications or technology sector experience is an asset).
Experience working with First Nations communities is considered an asset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft programs
