The successful candidates must hold a valid drivers license (Class 1A drivers license is an asset), be able to operate various pieces of equipment as required (grader, tractor, skid steer, loader, backhoe, etc.), have knowledge of servicing / maintaining various equipment, and have a knowledge of road building and maintenance. Training available for the appropriate candidate.
Candidates must have well developed interpersonal skills, be able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team, be able to work safely and with attention to detail, and to take direction from the RM Council and Superintendent.
