About Hardy Farms
Established in 1884, Hardy Farms is privately owned 5th generation family farm operating near Grenfell, Saskatchewan. The focus of our farming operation is crop production.  We are a family farm that promotes modern and innovative agriculture practices and sustainable stewardship of our land.

Equipment Operators
We are seeking self-starters with a positive attitude to join our farming operation as equipment operators. Equipment Operator roles are available for the following positions: Seeder Operator, Sprayer Operator, Class 1A Drivers, and general equipment operators.

Position Status and Compensation
These are seasonal full-time positions.  However, we are open to candidates who require flexible options such as just working for the seeding and/or harvest seasons if full-time work from April to the end of October/November is not a preference.

Experience Required  
Previous experience operating a farm equipment is important, a Class 5 license is a requirement for the Seeder and Sprayer operator roles, and a Class 1A is required for the truck driver role.  Knowledge of grain production is an asset, however, having a positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important character requirements to be part of our team.
