Manage reservation (Making/Canceling/Changing).
Balancing cash and credit cards transactions at the end of the shift
Check in and check out guests.
Address guest requests and complaints.
Answering phones calls.
Anticipate guests needs.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles for handling cash transactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computerized reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options is a plus.
Hospitality or front desk certification may be advantageous
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
Manual dexterity to operate computer systems and other office equipment.
Vision and hearing acuity to interact with guests and handle phone calls effectively.
Ability to lift and carry luggage or other items as needed
