Full Time Maintenance Operator
Rural Municipality of Cana No. 214

The RM of Cana No. 214 is now accepting applications for a full time Road Maintenance Operator.
Preference will be given to applicants that possess:
    Experience operating various equipment (tractor, mower, mulcher, stone picker, excavator)
    Above average mechanical skills
    Class 5 Drivers License (Class 1 A preferred and may be an asset to applicant)
    Willing to work weekends and holidays, due to inclement weather
    The right candidate may possibly be considered for a future Grader Operator
    This position will work alongside an experienced crew that is responsible for a variety of road construction and maintenance tasks
    Ability to adhere to workplace safety policies and Employee Code of Conduct
    WHMIS, Power Mobile Equipment (PME), First Aid, Ground Disturbance (will be required upon employment)
    Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team as well as independently
    Posses a pleasant demeanor for any public interactions, Speak and write fluent English
