Hockey Weyburn Inc. is currently seeking an Administrator/Registrar to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our Non-Profit organization.
The Administrator shall serve as the primary point of contact for the Membership of Hockey Weyburn Inc. (HW).They will be accountable for the day-to-day administrative operations of HW, including all registration and team roster functions. The Administrator shall ensure the affairs of HW are conducted in a professional manner, and that all policies and procedures are in accordance with Hockey Canada and Hockey Saskatchewan requirements. The Administrator will act as the liaison between the membership and HW Board.
Qualifications to Possess
oStrong interpersonal and communication skills
oOrganized, adaptable and detailed multi-tasker able to prioritize tasks and deliver within required timelines.
oAbility to work with confidential information and maintain absolute discretion and transparency
oAbility to work on your own and as a team player and be able anticipate the needs and requirements of the association
oAble to multi-task, be organized, self-motivated
oWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook. The incumbent must possess their own computer; dual screens are recommended for this position.
Hours to vary throughout the year 10 to 20 hours per week (could be higher during peak periods). Weekend and evening hours will be required.
