Looking for an adventure in the Boreal Forest?
We are looking for part time and full time Seasonal Guest Services Agents to join our 2025 team, and would love to have you join us. The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for providing guests with a positive first and last impression and will provide consistent excellent customer service. You will make reservations, greet and register incoming guests, assist guests with special needs, process guest folios and collect payment, manage cash handling responsibilities, handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with courtesy, assists guests with inquiries regarding local amenities, handle additional duties as needed supervisor or management, maintain confidentiality and interact effectively with hotel guests and co-workers to create a positive environment.

Job Qualifications:
o    Proficient in English Language both written and verbal
o    The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o    Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
o    Responsible and reliable
o    Works well under pressure
o    Can work well in a team and as an individual
o    Has a passion for customer service
o    Previous hotel experience is an asset
o    Must be able to work days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
