Humboldt Co-operative is recruiting a Full-Time Confidential Secretary to join our Admin team in Humboldt, SK.
What you'll do:
Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
Greet, answer, and redirect in-person, phone and email inquiries to the appropriate resource as needed.
Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, filing, bank deposit and mail runs, and back up for sales reconciliations, accounts receivables and payables.
Assist in the completion of membership applications, changes to accounts and/or withdrawals and other inquiries.
Order supplies and uniforms for Humboldt Co-op locations as required and maintain inventory.
Provide support to all administrative staff.
Be familiar and adhere to all Humboldt Co-ops policies, procedures, and standards, including safety and asset protection/loss prevention.
Maintaining the Kids Club and Community Group Fundraising Program
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You have a Grade 12 education.
Post-secondary Office Education program or administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred.
Accounting background is considered an asset.
You have a minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
You are honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
You have experience handling sensitive / confidential information.
You possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
You have exceptional computer knowledge and extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Adobe would be an asset.
You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills; and you optimize work processes.
