Break Free Outreach Ministries is an evangelical Christian organization dedicated to serving individuals and families in North Central Regina. Through our various programs, we equip children and adults with the tools, skills, and support they need to build brighter futures. Our mission is to provide a place of belonging, acceptance, and transformation where people feel valued and supported.

Position Summary
The Team Lead, Programs is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating a variety of community-based programs designed to support children, families, and individuals in need. This role ensures that programs run smoothly, volunteers are effectively recruited and scheduled, and all necessary resources are available to sustain and enhance program impact.
With a focus on leadership, organization, and volunteer engagement, the Team Lead of Programs will work to maintain and improve existing initiatives, ensuring they align with Break Frees mission. They will also play a key role in community collaboration, resource management, and program evaluation, working alongside other leaders to strengthen the organizations outreach efforts.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience working with vulnerable populations and a strong understanding of community-based outreach.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and build partnerships.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
