Job Overview:
We are looking for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our team as a Painter. No prior painting experience is requiredwhat matters most is your determination, willingness to learn, self-motivation and strong work ethic. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with painting projects, preparing surfaces, and learning painting techniques. If you are eager to work hard, develop new skills, and contribute to the success of a team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and priming as directed.
Attention to paints, stains, and finishes, ensuring consistency and proper application.
Painting Interior and exterior residential and commercial projects. Must be able to handle hot and cold temperatures.
Follow instructions from management to ensure high-quality work and smooth project execution. Including safety standards and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist with setting up and cleaning painting equipment and tools.
Help protect furniture, floors, and other surfaces from paint splashes and spills.
Be proactive and assist the team with various tasks as needed, showing initiative and a strong work ethic.
Painting the way you will be trained to paint.

Qualifications:
No prior experience necessarywe provide training.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to getting the job very done well.
Determined, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
Ability to follow instructions and take directions
Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry materials, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
