General Description of Role:
Reporting to the Farm Manager, the Farm Labourer is required to perform general maintenance/ operation of farm equipment/barns and ensuring the health and welfare of live poultry.  
Primary Responsibilities:
    Accountable for ensuring the health and welfare, as well as humane treatment, of all live poultry.  
    Accountable for general maintenance of barn and all equipment related to the growth and development of live poultry.  
    Accountable for ensuring safe work practices and good manufacturing practices.
Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:
    Preference will be given to a candidate with poultry farm experience.
    Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
    Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
    Attention to detail and ability to work independently under limited supervision.
