Description

The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the tire shop, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, sales, and ensuring that all safety protocols and service standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a thorough understanding of tire products and services

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of technicians and sales staff
Set performance expectations and conduct performance reviews
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
Maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensure shop cleanliness is consistently maintained
Promote tire sales, services, and promotions to customers
Prepare financial reports and work with upper management on budget planning
Handle cash management and point-of-sale transactions
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Conduct regular safety inspections and training for the team
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Monitor and maintain the shop's equipment and tools in good working condition
Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time





Qualifications
Proven experience in managing a tire shop or automotive service center.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of tire brands, services, and automotive repair processes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer software.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
