The Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the tire shop, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, sales, and ensuring that all safety protocols and service standards are met. Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of technicians and sales staff

Ensure shop cleanliness is consistently maintained
Promote tire sales, services, and promotions to customers

Handle cash management and point-of-sale transactions
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
