The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including greeting & accommodating patients, responding to client inquiries, processing invoices, coordinating clinic, maintaining the patient database, filing, & billing. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment and be strong minded. Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients & visitors in a friendly professional manner
- Answer phone calls & emails
- Schedule patient appointments & follow-up visits
- Clean & prepare exam rooms for next patient
- Maintain medical records with accuracy & confidentiality
- Office & Hospital Billing
- Manage front desk activities including patient check-in
- Process referrals
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers as needed
